The largest of the apartments, Spry 7 is a 2,020 square foot masterpiece. A multi-level design spreads the living space from north to south across two floors. Incredibly spacious, the main floor features a gourmet kitchen, fully appointed with high-end appliances and plenty of counter space. The kitchen opens onto a large dining room with a soaring 34’ ceiling and a large cupola that bathes the space in natural light. It is perfect for entertaining. The living room is on the south side facing the ocean and open to the kitchen and dining room below. Furnished with a comfortable sofa (that pulls out to a queen bed) and wing-back chairs the room is a relaxing space with water views for miles.

Large balconies look up the peninsula to Spry Point with water on both sides.
